Inza is located in the middle of the mountainous region--the great Colombian Massif.  It is here that most of the major rivers of Colombia are born and the area is surrounded by volcanoes.  Very small coffee producers tend to their land and hold on to their traditions, with many of them producing coffee with little or no chemicals for generations.

The Pillimue Family is a crucial contributor to the community, successfully organizing the organic certification of 80 local producers, including those in this lot.

COFFEE BREWING TIP: Achieve the perfect cup with a 1:16 ratio of coffee to water (Or one to two tablespoons of coffee to six ounces of water), adjusting the grind according to your preferred brew method, and getting your water as hot as you can.
